Before Joining Career Management, Amber was a inhouse HR in the Top 500 companies ( Pfizer pharmaceutical and Baxter China). She has 8 years working experience in staffing & recruitment, payroll and training. Familiar with human resources six models and daily operations.

 

Joined Career Management since Y2015, in the first 2 years, focus on the Manufacturing, education and FMCG industries only, but scope extend the Mechanical and Automotive since Y2017.

Based in Sweden and travel between Scandinavia and Asia, Katie is the Managing Director for CAREer KP Consulting AB and Partner for China CAREer Management Consulting Co., Ltd. Her responsibilities focus on Medical Devices, pharmaceuticals, Industrial, Automotive and FMCG sectors.

 

Having worked in the Executive Search and Consulting industry since 2000, Katie fluently utilizes her experiences to fill crucial professional positions for various companies in the Industrial manufacturing and the FMCG industries. With her in-depth knowledge of supply chain and commercial functions in the industry, Katie consults multinational firms to leverage business resources with the most appropriate human resources solutions.

Before joining CAREer KP Consulting AB, Katie was China head of Retention Group, the Managing Consultant of Korn/Ferry Futurestep and the Chief Representative of IBM Kenexa which are the Global executive search. She has successfully executed a series of major expatriate and local management assignments and secured the development needs of many major multinational corporations in Asia.

 

Katie had been recognized by the Worldwide Association of Female Professionals and Member of Sweden HR Association.  She is studying her EMBA education at the School of Business, Economics and Law at Gothenburg University now. She speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, English and Swedish.

Sonja has been working for 23 years for the Dutch national government in the area of social affairs, employment and worker´s health & wellbeing.

She has extensive experience as a manager in strategical policymaking departments, compliance organisations and in operational settings. Common thread in her career is the changes that she had to initiate and execute. She developed new approaches and co-created outcome by involving all stakeholders. Ms. Vivien LE, stay in Shanghai, as a consultant of CAREer. She would serve for the senior management of manufacturing, engineering, EHS, supply chain, quality etc. in the manufacturing companies, as well as the commercial trading companies.

Ms. Vivien LE has over 22 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry, more than 13 years of HRBP experience in industrial machinery manufacturing and FMCG, and more than 5 years of HR working experience in trading companies. Familiar with the talent requirements of all aspects of manufacturing management. And understand the importance and emphasis for HR to business management.
